What's a Porta-Church?

Simply put: everything that is used during our Sunday Morning Worship Services has to be packed up and hauled off-site during the remainder of the week.

Every weekend, JourneyChurch's porta-church team sets up and tears down all the equipment, chairs, tables, classrooms, etc.

An enduring quip has been: “If you can find us, you can join us” and join us they have! As JourneyChurch has grown, we have met at nine locations in less than three years including: homes, various parks and state camp grounds, Manzanita Baptist Church on Saturday nights, the south side of the Mohave Engineering Building (currently KRMC's Admin. Building), Manzanita Elementary School, back to the north side of the Mohave Engineering Building (currently KRMC's Admin. Building), back to Manzanita Elementary School. We are now meeting at White Cliffs Middle School.

We trust God for his perfect timing and plan for our future "permanent" home. With Journey's continuing growth, we know God has something great planned for us that will help us reach Kingman for His Kingdom!
